Door & Window Sensor Alarm Manufacturer for Wholesale and OEM Buyers
A door or window sensor has one job the moment the leaf moves. Ours is a two-piece magnetic contact set — a magnet block rides on the leaf, a reed body sits on the frame beside it, and the signal fires the instant those two halves pull apart and the gap between them opens. We produce the full range for wholesale stock and private-label programs, in slim adhesive, recessed, Zigbee, WiFi and RF forms, ready to ship under your brand at your volume.
Wireless Door Alarm and WiFi Window Door Sensor Range
Buyers arrive needing a specific form factor and a specific radio, so the range is built to cover both without forcing a compromise. Every model shares the same contact-break core; what changes across the grid is how it mounts and how it talks to your platform. Pick the tile that matches your channel and we quote from there.

~60 × 12 × 12 mm slimline body, peel-and-stick 3M mount — the volume unit for magnetic contact sensor bulk buyers.

Ø10 mm barrel that drops into the frame and hides once the door is closed — a discreet bulk magnetic door detector for premium fit-outs.

Mesh-networked, up to 5-year standby on twin AAA, pairs straight into Tuya / Smart Life.

2.4 GHz WiFi that connects straight to the app with no hub in the chain.

Pairs to existing alarm panels and multi-zone hubs as a wireless door alarm node.

Bundled with a gateway for boxed starter-kit SKUs.
Reed Sensing, Detection-Gap Tolerance and Tamper Protection
The sensor is only as good as the part that decides whether the door is open, and that decision runs through a sealed magnetic reed switch rated for 100,000+ open/close operations. When the magnet block sits beside it the reed holds closed; when the door moves and the magnet travels away, the reed releases and the open is reported.
Because real installs are never perfectly square, the switch is specified for a forgiving working gap: it reads the state change reliably out to a 20 mm separation and tolerates about ±5 mm of side-to-side alignment offset, so a slightly crooked mount on a warped frame still catches every open instead of missing it. That same tolerance keeps the sensor quiet when it should be quiet — a stable closed reading means a door that stays shut does not drift into a false trigger, which is the failure that turns an alarm into a return.
False-alarm resistance
Magnetic hysteresis adds a margin between close and open, so a leaf that shifts a millimetre in a draft never chatters — only a real open is reported.
Tamper reporting
A tamper switch in the same body reports the unit being lifted off the frame, so a sensor an intruder tries to remove raises a warning instead of going dark.
Smart-Home Integration and Custom OEM App
The sensor is built to live inside a connected home, and everything it does on the network is organized around one class of information — the door-state event. Each open and each close is timestamped and pushed to the phone, so an end user sees "Front Door opened 8:14 AM" as it happens rather than discovering it later.
| Protocol | Hub needed | Tuya app | Alexa / Google | Alarm panel |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zigbee 3.0 | Gateway | Yes | Yes | via hub |
| WiFi 2.4 GHz | None | Yes | Yes | — |
| 433 MHz RF | Panel / hub | via bridge | via bridge | Yes |
On Zigbee it joins a mesh through a hub, on WiFi 2.4 GHz it reports to the app with no gateway, and on 433 MHz RF it feeds an existing alarm panel. Because each open and each close is an automation trigger, a door event can switch on an entry light, arm or disarm a zone, start a camera clip or run a scene — which is where distributors selling into smart-home ecosystems get their pull-through.
A door-state app under your name
The firmware ships with a custom OEM app whose entire home screen is the door-and-window activity feed under your brand. Because it is a complete first-party app it publishes on your own Apple App Store and Google Play developer accounts — your customers never route through ours.
Tamper & low-battery on the same channel
Removed or low-battery states ride the same push channel as door events, so a compromised or fading unit is reported without the customer opening the app. As an OEM home security sensors partner and smart sensor alarm supplier, we map the sensor to the integrations a home-security catalog actually sells.
Battery Life and Low-Power Design
A contact sensor spends almost all of its life asleep, waking only when the reed changes state, and the electronics are designed around that duty cycle so a single set of cells lasts through years of ordinary use.

Install: DIY Adhesive or Screw Mount
Mounting the surface models takes minutes and no tools, and the forgiving alignment window means the magnet and reed halves do not have to sit perfectly square — which is what stops a rushed fit from turning into a missed open or a false alarm weeks later.
Surface mount
Slim · Zigbee · WiFi · RF- Peel the pre-applied 3M pad, or use the screw holes for a permanent fix.
- Stick the reed body on the frame, the magnet half on the moving leaf.
- Line up within the ±5 mm tolerance — no wiring, no hub-side setup to finish.
Recessed mount
Flush / hidden finish- Drill a Ø10 mm barrel hole into the door edge and the matching frame.
- Seat the two halves flush so nothing shows once the door is closed.
- Suits new builds and premium fit-outs where an installer is on the job.

OEM / ODM: Your Logo, Housing, Protocol and App
Private-label programs start with what the buyer's shelf needs and work back to tooling. On the surface we change logo, color, housing finish and retail packaging so the sensor carries your brand from the box to the wall. Underneath, you choose the protocol the range should speak, and on the software side we wrap the firmware in a custom OEM app skin.

- Protocol choiceBuild the range on Zigbee, WiFi or 433 MHz RF — or a mix across SKUs.
- Custom OEM app skinPairing and door-state notifications appear under your name, on your own store accounts.
Spec & quote confirmed
We lock the SKU, protocol and finish, and confirm per-SKU minimums against your volume.
Functional sample
A working sample is built and signed off before any bulk run — charged at cost, then deducted from your production invoice.
Bulk production
The main run against the signed sample, on the schedule that sits behind our 98% on-time record.
CE, RoHS and FCC Certification
The sensor is certified to the set that clears an RF electronic device for the markets these buyers sell into. Bluetooth BQB and the fire-safety approvals that belong to smoke alarms are not part of this product's scope.
CE Marking
Conformity for the European Economic Area — what a European distributor's compliance team asks for first.
FCC
US radio and electronic emissions rules — required before any WiFi, Zigbee or 433 MHz product can list.
RoHS
Restricts hazardous substances in the electronics — increasingly a purchase-order requirement in its own right.
Each shipment travels with the matching CE / RoHS / FCC declarations. Registration numbers are shared with the documents rather than printed here — certificates and test reports are available on request so a buyer's team can verify them before committing. Our complete quality control & certifications process covers each gate and lab test.
Why Buyers Source Door & Window Sensors From Our Factory
Sourcing wholesale door window alarms direct from the factory means the quote, the sample and the production line all sit under one roof, with a 20+-engineer R&D team able to take a request from spec to firmware. Quality is not left to chance on a wireless product: every unit is powered on and function-tested, pre-shipment sampling runs to AQL 2.5 General Level II, and 20+ checkpoints sit across the line.
Fifteen-plus years of building safety electronics since 2009 and shipments into 60+ countries are the reason roughly 70% of order volume is repeat business. The full company story lives on the About page. The point here is narrower: every sensor you buy is made and tested inside the same factory that quoted it, with no trading layer added on top.
